- If you are trying to connect with a Customer, messaging should only be done within the context of a Task.
- Once a connection through a Task is established, you will be able to message the Tasker / Customer directly within the Task in the Discussions tab.
- Notifications will send an in-app message to the recipient. If the recipient has Notifications turned on, they will also receive push notifications.
- You can also call the Customer from within the app so long as the recipient/sender is comfortable with their phone number not being blocked.
