NOTE: Changing your phone number or address on your Hyer account (Settings / Basic Information) does NOT change it on your Stripe account. Please make sure you always update both Hyer and Stripe with your current information.
To edit information in Stripe, such as your phone number, email address, or mailing address, follow the below steps: (Stripe may have to send you a verification code to complete the following steps)
- Click on the Settings icon in the top left-hand corner of the application (the three horizontal lines).
- Click 'Account Information'
- Click 'Payout History (Stripe Account)' under the Payment header. This will bring you to the Stripe Dashboard within the Hyer app.
- Click on the Settings person icon in the upper left corner of the screen
- Click on 'Professional details' under the Account Settings header
