Applied
You will know that you have been scheduled for a task when the task status changes from "Applied" to "Scheduled." If it says "Applied," the Customer has not selected a Tasker yet, and you should not take action. Remember that there may be multiple applicants for each task.
Scheduled
If the status says "Scheduled," you have been selected and should show up to work on this task at the designated address and start time.
Offered
If the status says "Offered," IF you want to work on this task, you must quickly take action by clicking on it and accepting the offer. This is a Private Offfered task that can either be sent out to just one Tasker or a group of Taskers, which is why if you want to work the task, you must accept it before another Tasker does, as it is first come first serve for who accepts the offer first.
How Will I Know?
You will know you have been sent a Private Offer or that your application was accepted by push notification; you will also receive an in-app notification and see a red dot beside the Tasks tab at the bottom of the screen.
Notifications
You will receive several notifications within the app itself. It will notify you when you are:
- Selected
- Two hours before the tasks start time
- If you haven't marked 'On The Way' 30 minutes before the tasks start time
Notes: If this says anything besides Scheduled, the Customer is not expecting you. Do not show up. See this article for more information: Can I work on a task that I'm NOT scheduled for (I'm not assigned to)? I applied but didn't get scheduled.
