Keeping your account in good standing and avoiding breaches is vital to achieving success as a Tasker on the platform. We’re continuously working to improve the quality of our platform to ensure fairness across the board.
Changes have been made to how Tasker ratings are calculated, specifically to address issues related to no-shows and late cancellations.
Effective December 10, 2024, any No-Show or Late Cancellation will automatically receive a zero-star rating for that task. This policy will continue to apply moving forward.
