You can edit your information by going into the Settings menu (the three horizontal lines icon in the top left corner of the app).
- Selecting "Account Information" allows you to edit your name, phone number, email, and location.
Do NOT delete your account if you experience an issue updating your information! 📢 You must immediately reach out to Tasker Support! You cannot create or use a new account. Support will be able to troubleshoot any issues and help ensure your information gets updated. Follow ALL instructions provided in the article. Most times there is an error, it is because someone missed a step.
Updating 📞 Phone Number with Hyer App
- Hit the Settings icon (upper left-hand corner of app)
- Select 'Account Information'
- Click on the pencil ✏️icon next to your current phone number
- Enter your NEW phone number (it will show you your current phone number)
- This will generate a code (via SMS/Text) to your new phone number that you will need to enter
- Enter the verification code sent to your new number and submit
- Viola! Your number is now updated!
Updating ✉ Email for Hyer App
- Hit the Settings icon (upper left-hand corner of app)
- Select 'Account Information'
- Click on the pencil ✏️ icon next to your current email address
- Enter in your new email and click 'Let's Go'. 📌
- The system will send a verification to your new email address; enter this code and hit 'Let's Go'
- 🙌 Done!
Tips!
- Make sure you don't have any spaces before or after your email.
- Do NOT add a 1 in front of your phone number.
- If you do not get the verification code in your email, check your spam folder.
- NEVER DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT if you run into an issue. Immediately reach out to Tasker Support at support@gohyer.com.
