Life happens, and there may be times when something comes up, and you can't make it 😮 to your scheduled tasks. If you find yourself in this spot, here is what you should do. Let your Supervisor know that you cannot make it by contacting them directly or using the Customer chat. Then, Cancel the task as soon as possible by selecting the pencil icon within the task and clicking "Cancel this task."
Step 1: In the app, select the Tasks icon at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2: Select the scheduled task that you are unable to make it to.
Step 3: Click on the 'Contact Supervisor' chat icon 💬 in the upper right-hand corner of the task
Step 4: Write a brief note and click Send
Step 5: Now, make sure you cancel the task. In the upper right-hand corner, select the pencil icon and click “Cancel this task.” Then select Proceed.
📌Note that it is not the Supervisor's responsibility to cancel a task for you. You must cancel the task on your end as you are the party that is unable to fulfill the commitment to complete the task.
