When a worker is offered (private offer) a task by a supervisor or your application is accepted to work a task, you will receive a push notification (if notifications are on); you will also receive an in-app notification and see a red dot beside the Tasks tab at the bottom of their screen.
You will receive several notifications within the app itself. It will notify you when you are:
- Selected
- Two hours before the shifts start time
- If you haven't marked 'On The Way' 30 minutes before the shifts start time
If you accept a private task or your application was accepted, you will then see a status of 'Scheduled' within that task in your task view. If this says anything besides Scheduled, the supervisor is not expecting you. Do not show up.
