You always want to close a task out and request payment. If you leave it open, there is no way for the Customer to review your task for payment.
Make sure you always close out the task. Follow these steps:
Note that if you need to submit a survey for your task, ensure you complete all fields of the survey and upload any required pictures. The app will guide you through the prompts.
- Select the 'I'm Done' button
- Note anything you need to say to the Customer (include any details about if you couldn't finish or worked more etc.)
- Select the 'Request Payment' button
- Select either 'Task was Modified' or 'No Changes to Task"
- Hit'Ok'
- Once the Customer confirms the payment (may take up to 24 hours) you will get an alert (see the final two pictures
